Returns and Exchanges Policy
Returns
We make exceptional products and fully stand behind their quality. If you are unsatisfied with any portion of your purchase, you may return those items within 30 days of delivery (delivery is defined as the date the shipment was marked delivered by the carrier's tracking number). Items marked as final sale/clearance are not eligible for returns and no refunds will be issued.
Nat Nast accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise. Returned items that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned or returned in unsuitable conditions will be returned to the original shipping address. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus any shipping and handling that may have been charged. Nat Nast cannot accept returns after 30 days.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
If you are returning an exchange, please visit our returns center here.
You have 30 days from the date you received your shirt to request an exchange. All exchanges will be processed and reshipped within 14 days after we receive the returned item. If you need your exchange in a hurry (or want to avoid the risk of the item selling out), feel free to place a new order online. You will be charged for the merchandise on its way to you (shipping is on us, of course), and you’ll be credited for your original purchase as soon as we receive your return.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card to the email address on file and does not expire.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
